Alan McNamara
Chairman
Alan has extensive experience in financial services and property development. After HSBC, he established a credit broking business, further expanding into providing investment for UK SME developers, as well as his own developments in the private rental and student accommodation sectors.
Alan has since developed a world class luxury holiday lodge site in Scotland in conjunction with an emerging PLC.
Alan was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development, from acquisition, through planning, construction, and delivery to an established European operator.
Simon Bingham
Head of Commercial
Simon has two decades experience in venture capital, private equity, and investment banking.
Sourcing funding for several industry sectors, including international infrastructure projects, property, commodity trading, and specialist engineering.
Simon has directly managed or acted as an investor Board representative for a number of these companies.
Development Director
Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with three decades of experience in cost consultancy & project management at director level in both the public & private sectors, specialising in commercial & residential projects covering nationwide schemes in excess of £60m.
Joining the board in 2019, Paul’s knowledge of hotel, leisure & hospitality schemes enabled Belvedere to work on the founders’ vision of improving the UK holiday park sector. And from a Quantity Surveyors/Project Management perspective, Paul has been extensively involved with the the Landal Barnsoul Site over the past 3 years working closely with the design team & Landal GreenParks to help mould this exciting resort to the shape it is today.
Head of Operations
Anton started his career in the UK real estate market, with experience in both residential and commercial markets, eventually focusing on property management.
Anton subsequently ran the operations at Belvedere Leisure Resorts plc, working closely with European lodge operator Landal Green Parks, part of Awaze Group.
